How is it different from EFFIS or the official danger indices?
Official indices indicate the level of meteorological danger at provincial or regional scale. SilvIA works at operational scale: it ranks the specific areas of your territory by ignition probability, to decide where to act first. They are complementary, not mutually exclusive.
Does it replace our current alert systems?
No. SilvIA adds itself as a layer of anticipation and prioritization. Official protocols and your technicians' judgement remain in charge.
