The EUDR already applies: from 30 December 2025 for large operators and from 30 June 2026 for SMEs, with penalties that can reach 4% of annual EU turnover. What is the EUDR and does it affect me?
It's the EU regulation that requires proving that certain products (timber and other commodities such as coffee, cocoa, soy or rubber) do not come from land deforested after 31 December 2020. It affects operators and traders placing them on the EU market.
Do I need technical knowledge to use SilvIA Earth?
